No Pain No Gain… Accept the Pain, Future will be Fruitful…

Don't feel the work you are doing is pain, because there will be always a reason for that pain or work.

So face the pain, for the pain you face, there will be definitely happiness a head.

Wow...I love this comic strip.
It certainly proves that anything worth having does not come easy. Some times those short cuts of convenience really do end up biting us in the butt:)

I just started working out with my personal trainer and I am in a lot of pain today. I figured no pain no gain however my friend says that saying is a myth. Is that true, can one truly gain with no pain?
